Owner: Chris Thys
Car: 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI

I am currently a Mechanical Engineering student at Cal Poly Pomona. I have a passion for modifying cars for looks as well as power. I like to be unique so most of my parts that I buy/design are either custom ones off parts or rare JDM pieces. I have a side buisness doing custom carbon designs for interior and exterior parts for cars. I also take photos on the side for friends and family as you can tell by the pics in my feature. They were taken by me and I love to be able to improve my skills each time I do a photo shoot. I wrapped most of my interior panels with carbon fiber in my car along with a few things under the hood as well. I really like to go to shows and take the car on the track as well. I am thankful for my girlfriend being so patient and letting me put my money into this car, she is very encouraging when it comes to my hobbies. It also makes it nice that she is into cars and likes to model my car at most of the shows as well. I hope to design cars once I recieve my BS degree in engineering. I would really like to work on helping the cars reach higher MPG as well as keeping the great power perfromance as well. Subaru has been great to me and I will most likely own another one down the road. Keep an eye out for my car in an upcoming Subaru commercial and a couple of brochures as well.|I started to modify cars back in 2001 with my Honda Civic, once I got tired of that car I moved onto Subaru in 2004. I bought my first 2005 Subaru WRX in late 04 and began to design it into my own image. I kept the car for a couple years and then stepped up to my current baby 2005 Subaru WRX STI. I have put lots of money and time into this car along with my own designed parts. I like to show my car at any venue possible and also like to take it on the auto cross course. The car is going to take on some new changes for the next show season, hopefully some sponsors will jump in and see how my car can benefit their products.

These car is really awesome. My friend have it and he put a vent visor on it and it suits really well. Those visor can prevent your car from rain and rust.
