3 Years Later
Here it is......3years later.
In June of 2003, I lost my Celica (See blutoy) inan apartment fire at my home. I had just gotten my computer and had dropped off my wing at my club pres' house ealier that night...I had just become A member of what used to be onlineshowoff.com. I had just taken what turned out to be the last pics of my Celica early that morning. The memories of seeing my car in flames and losing everything that I had in it, makes me feel shity inside. Having only Liability Insurance sucks, but for all that know, anything over 10 years old, Insurance companies aren't gonna give ya much for your car.
But,as things looked hopeless,my buddy Josh, found my "Phoenix"....And alot of my friends to this day that didn't know about my Celica, think that my Levin is the Celica painted Red....And look how far I've come...The pics tell that part of the tale....And finally, I win my first award for "Best Modified Toyota (Original)!....It's A 3rd place, but I'll take it...And according to my neighbor, we're filing A "class action suit" against my former landlord for not getting anything for the fire...I just hope they pay me enough to pay off bills and finish some upgrades to the car....
I am glad of one thing though...."I am alive to tell the story, 'cause I could've died tryin' to save my car and my mom's ride as well....Yes, we lost hers 2....But one thing's 4 sure.....
