TEAM TRANSPORT

TEAM TRANSPORT HISTORY

Team Transport's founding members Ritche and Edison Bautista decided to start an import drag club by drawing from the principles of the rave culture: Peace, Love, Unity and Respect. With a Mitsubishi Eclipse ("Stephanie") and a Honda Civic sedan ("Sasha") they started the team in 2001 to show that even reliable daily cars can be a lot of fun to own, drive and show.

Team Transport regained steam in 2004 when Edward Lin and Ted Havill, decided to recruit fellow Infiniti G35 owners to re-energize the team. With a strong active membership, Team Transport is now set to take our brand of fun and exhilaration to the California scene, and beyond.

ABOUT TEAM TRANSPORT
We love our cars. Through that love we have found each other. Team Transport ignores race, color, creed, religion, and economic background to focus on what's really important: the passion of turning our "daily drivers" into something a little more fun to drive. We are a relaxed team focused on creating a show car community where people from all walks of life can come together to share the joy that their cars give them. We like to floss our whips like the rest of them but for us it's not about status, it's about the ride.

Team Transport consists of mostly Japanese imports, but we welcome any driver with car who shares our love for modding, racing, and the ride. Based in Southern California, Team Transport consists of drivers who take their cars to work and school but do so with a little more style. We provide our members with a forum for advice, help, support, sponsorships and friendship. Team Transport shows at most California car shows from San Diego to San Francisco as well as Las Vegas throughout the year. From subtle to extravagant, Team Transport embraces the spirit of modification and community without negativity.
