Q. How can I register my vehicle and when I do, will I get a confirmation letter and information about roll in?
A. You can register your vehicle online at www.hotimportnights.com through the Events section. Vehicle registration rates vary based on event and location. Once we receive your application and you are approved, you will get an email providing detailed information on car roll-in, as well as, information on the vehicle competition. We sell out of show car space early so REGISTER EARLY! You may register at hotimportnights.com/events/.
Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE... make sure you want the tickets before you purchase them.
Q. When does the battery have to be disconnected?
A. The battery has to be disconnected immediately after your car is staged in the venue. Cars that do not disconnect batteries may be towed from the show or disqualified to compete.
Q. How do I get to the venue?
A. Maps and driving directions are provided underneath each event listing on the HIN Tour Schedule page located here.
Q. How many people can get in with my car?
A. If you are competing in the event, you may bring one passenger with you at the time of roll in. All others will have to wait until the doors open to the public before they can enter the facility. Tickets can also be purchased online (pick your show) in advance for those extra people that may be coming to support you at the show.
Q. Can I send you pictures from the event?
A. Yes, please send a link to your pictures online to and, if selected, they could be included in our online HIN Photo Gallery. We also encourage attendees to share their photos with the other HIN enthusiasts by joining our social networking website HINcity.com and uploading the photos through your photo blog.
Q. How old do you have to be to attend the show?
A. The event is open to all ages, however, be aware that the musical artists and models at the show may provide entertainment at a PG 13 level. Be prepared for the occasional bit of coarse language in musical lyrics and beach appropriate clothing.
Q. How early can I pick up the tickets?
A. Usually the Will Call gates will open when the doors open. Some shows we open the Will Call Ticket claim area 1 hour prior to the show opening.

Q. Do children get in free?
A. Children 6 and under get in for FREE!

Tickets
Q. When will I receive the tickets?
A. Online tickets are picked up at Will Call the DAY OF the event. Usually up to 1 hour prior to the gates opening.
Q. What is the barcode for?
A. The barcode is used for Express entry into the venue with our Bar Coding scanning system.
Q. Why should I order online?
A. To guarantee your entry into the event and to eliminate the hassle of purchasing tickets at the door.
Q. Can I use the "$3 off" or any other discount coupon with online ticketing?
A. No, Discounted coupons are used only for tickets purchased at the door.
Car Show Registration
Q. When does roll in take place?
A. Roll in will take place 1 day prior to the event. Usual hours of roll in are 2-6PM.
Q. When do we need to bring our cars for setup of the show, and what do I need to do to prepare it for roll in?
A. Roll in takes place the day before the show. For indoor venues, you MUST have less than an 1/8th tank of gas in your vehicle. Also, your battery will need to be disconnected once spotted at the show. To run power to your vehicle at the event, you will need to order electricity as well as get a DC inverter. More information on this can be obtained from your vehicle confirmation letters that you will receive in the mail shortly after you register your car.
Q. When will I recieve the roll-in information?
A. If you purchase your tickets online, you can print them yourself at home and bring them to the show.
Q. What time do I need to be there?
A. Roll in of vehicles takes place the day before the event... usually around 5pm on Friday.
Q. I've made a few more modifications to my car, how can I send you the new changes?
A. There is no need to send us any information on new modifications, you will have time to add those adjustments to your Modification Card when you roll in.
